Living in West Linn

West Linn has a wonderful balance of neighborhoods and nature. You'll find tree lined streets, homes with beautiful views, established neighborhoods, newer communities, larger properties, and homes tucked into wooded settings.

One of my favorite things about West Linn is how easy it is to get outside. Parks, trails, river access, playgrounds, sports fields, and neighborhood gathering places are woven throughout the community.

And while West Linn has a peaceful residential feel, you're still close to Lake Oswego, Oregon City, Portland, and many of the area's major employment centers.

Willamette Park: A great place for kayaking, paddle boarding, and picnicking.

Tanner Creek Park: Enjoy he play structure, lacrosse fields, tennis courts, skate park, basketball courts, and a splash pad.

Mary S. Young Park: Forget you’re in the city at this quiet spot that includes a dog park, river trail walks, and sports fields.

Robinwood Park: Boasts a splash pad, skate park, play structure, and walking path.

Avanti:  High-end and family owned. The risotto cakes are... chef’s kiss!
Linn City Pub:  A beloved staple in the community. Check them out for breakfast!
Willamette Coffee House:  More than just your morning cup of joe, they serves food too.
White Orchid:  Fabulous Thai Cuisine. We are big fans of the Pad Cashew Nuts.

World HeARTs Fair Trade:  Unique handcrafted artisan gifts and decor from around the globe.
Mapel Boutique:  Locally owned boutique that offers women’s clothing and accessories.
The Vintage West Linn:  Stop by and shop in an historic little white bungalow with lots of good finds - old and new.
Market of Choice:  Pick up groceries and more, with an emphasis on local vendors. Not your average grocery store!
